We have been given advance assurance by HMRC that the proposed share issue is likely to qualify for Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) tax relief.

Are you running a crowdfund campaign?
We did look to crowdfunding yet during the campaign we were unable to find enough small investors to make it viable. If you were one of those who wanted to invest, please get in contact and we will look to find a way for you to continue to invest.
